Workout in real game situations: ballscreen reads, offscreen shooting, post up moves, hesitation dribble, kick out situations, catch & shoot.

 

Improve your condition: we facilitate injury recovery and readaptation at the time of the game. We help you improve habits to prevent injuries.

 

We use “Hudl tecnique” and “Nacsport” software to analyze movement patterns in shooting o dribble situations.

OFF-SEASON
The program does in off-season months, from June to September.
